ACJ Search are working with a manufacturing organisation based in Norfolk who are actively looking to recruit a Lead NPI Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. You would be joining the organisation at a time of growth and would be the first dedicated NPI specialist in the organisation. As such, we are looking for someone comfortable with setting up and enacting new NPI processes and establishing best practices. We are keen to speak to people with the following skills and experience: The ability to define and implement strong NPI processes to enhance the new product introduction approach A broad knowledge of a range of engineering disciplines A process driven approach with the ability to enhance, improve and develop processes during a phase of significant growth Comfortable leading, coordinating and managing the NPI processes across the organisation This is a primarily office based role with some flexibility for remote working.
