I am looking for a strategic Lead Product Designer to join a leading service provider, helping millions stay connected worldwide!

Salary: Up to £85k
Based: London: (3 days in office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design System Leadership: Own and enhance the Design System to support global growth and brand consistency.
- Strategic Oversight: Lead the UX and design direction, ensuring websites and apps are visually appealing and functional.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to meet customer and commercial needs.
- User-Centric Focus: Guide the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows with a focus on user experience.
- Team Management: Oversee a small team of UX, UI, and brand designers, driving strategic decisions.
Skills & Experience:
- Strategic Design Leadership: Proven experience in defining and executing design strategies that drive user engagement and deliver measurable impact.
- UX & Design Expertise: Strong foundation in UX and design, with a deep understanding of how to create beautiful and functional interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Brand & Identity Management: Experience in managing and evolving brand identity, with a focus on maintaining consistency across multiple digital channels.
- Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a small team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Previous agency and brand experience is an added bonus!
