Troi Search are absolutely delighted to be working once again with a long standing client of ours in the MedTech/HealthTech sector. This time, helping them search for their first Product Marketer in the form of a Lead Product Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience shipping both large scale enterprise level B2B products as well as some start-up/'scale-up experience under their belt, as a PMM.

Our client builds software solutions that enables hospitals, surgeons, and medical device companies to capture Operating Room (OR) data, share surgical information from anywhere, and generate new insights so they can improve outcomes and productivity.

Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, the Lead Product Marketing Manager will drive the product marketing strategy for a portfolio of products, you'll be (initially) the standalone Product Marketing Manager & over time hopefully look to grow a team. The ideal candidate is an experienced product marketer who excels at creating effective product messaging, deeply understanding product positioning and advocating for the end customer.

The successful candidate will be experienced in managing complex go-to-market projects and cares deeply about evolving healthcare to improve outcomes for patients around the globe. The candidate will drive customer messaging, enable sales and customer success

teams, and collaborate with product teams to meet growth and engagement targets.

*This is a full-time, hybrid working position, with commuter access to the London office*

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and pricing for hardware, data and API Solutions.
  • Influence product and commercial strategy through relevant insights and product market acumen.
  • Enable sales and customer success teams with the right messaging to help customers understand the product; and the product teams understand the customer.
  • Develop the overarching marketing launch strategy, including rollout sequencing, creative asset development, and communication goals
  • Oversee execution of go-to-market plans by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Build strong relationships with product and business partners to influence and align on objectives and plans.
  • Organize and manage operations for multiple work streams, deadlines, and meetings for cross-functional teams to drive execution of plans.

What do we need from you:

  • Ideally, you’ll hold a BA/BS degree.
  • Around 8 - 10+ years of product & Marketing experience launching and growing technical products; ideally featuring software development kits (SDK’s) and/or with hardware manufacturers.
  • You’ll have experience working for in a mix of enterprise level software & start-up environments.
  • You'll have Product marketing experience working with global and regional teams.
  • Proficiency in managing communication with internal and external audiences.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with health/hospital systems and MedTech device companies is a plus but not a requirement.

What’s in it for you?:

  • Salary of around £100,000 - £110,000 DoE with some flexibility to go slightly higher for the right person, package also offers a 20% performance based bonus + share options
  • It's a hybrid role, ideally 1 or 2 days per week max in the central London office (could be 2 days per month at times)
