Our production house client is looking for a Lead Programmer to take forward a brand new project and guide a team of 4.
They are a company of about 40 with ambitious plans to grow to 60 people with the new projects they have won. This is an exciting challenge to work on a large open world project which could last 18 to 24 months.
Whats on Offer:
As a business, they have a great work-life balance of 35 hours per week including the use of flexitime. Their core hours are 10 to 4.
Salaries are £50,000 - £60,000 and in addition to the usual benefits there are performance and Christmas bonuses.
This role can be done fully remotely but you would need to come to the Liverpool office once a month for project meetings.
About you:
We are looking for someone with experience using Unreal Engine on at least 1 commercially released game. Unreal Engine 5 would be good but experience with 4 is perfectly fine.
