Job Description
I am currently working with a leading Salesforce partner who is looking to further build their team out, by bringing in a new Lead Salesforce Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and the ability to lead complex projects, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and management of Salesforce solutions across various projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce consultants and developers. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce with other systems. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients and internal teams. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce implementations and projects. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or equivalent. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
