The Role:

We are currently seeking a talented Lead Salesforce User Experience Designer with a background in financial services to join a fast growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to design and implement user-centric solutions tailored to the unique needs of financial institutions. You will leverage your expertise in UX design principles and Salesforce best practices to deliver exceptional experiences that drive business outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and regulatory considerations specific to the financial services industry.
  • Design and prototype innovative solutions within Salesforce that enhance user productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
  • Stay abreast of Salesforce updates, and UX trends to inform design decisions and deliverables.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience designing user interfaces for Salesforce platforms
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Solid grasp of UX design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and UI components.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analysis preferred.
  • Experience within financial services is a plus
