Lead Software Engineer
£75,000-£90,000
Cambridge - Once a month in the office
I’m currently working with one of Cambridge’s most progressive Software companies who are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join their growing teams. - Specialise in Database Software – helping their clients streamline their processes.
- This includes having various platforms and solutions their clients use.
- Award winning business with planned growth across 2024 – over 15 hires within the IT team.
The Roles – Lead Software Engineer
- Cambridge – Once a month in the office.
- Work within a cross-functional team, working across the entire product suite.
- Support, mentor, coach and train the team on all technical requirements.
- Support the Senior team with managerial responsibilities.
- Still remain hands on and spend large proportion of time working alongside team.
Tech Requirements
- Salary: £75,000-£90,000
- Essential Skills: C#, .Net Core, React, JavaScript, Kubernetes, SQL, Cloud.
- Bonus Skills: Native, Typescript, Golang, Electron, LinkerD, Dapr.
- Good experience leading a team - ideally of around 4-5 in size.
- Good stakeholder management skills to work with existing and new clientbase.
