YNH have partnered with a UK based SAAS provider who's data driven platform enables some of the UK's most reputable brands to ensure sustainability within their day to day operations.
We're looking for an experienced full stack developer who is confident across the front and back end. Has experience leading on projects and mentoring more junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and guide technical performance within the team.
- Identify and address training needs in a multidisciplinary agile team.
- Use technical design skills.
- Identify and reduce technical debt.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and advocate for design reviews.
- Promote best practices in technology.
- Implement enterprise architecture patterns.
- Develop and follow architecture road maps.
- Maintain a positive workplace attitude.
