About the role:
- a Lead PL/SQL Engineer, your role will be split 50/50 between leading a team and designing, developing, and maintaining PL/SQL-based applications.
- will be responsible for leading on various deliveries and providing guidance and mentorship to more junior colleagues.
- in cross-functional teams within a true Agile environment, you will deliver high-quality software solutions for end clients and partners.
- to day, you will be collaborating with technical and non-technical team members as well as reviewing deliveries and looking for improvements.
- responsibilities will include participating in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring code quality and scalability, and collaborating with management and architects to drive improvements in development practices and technology.
Requirements:
- leadership skills – we’re looking for someone who can get the best out of the team
- minimum of 5 years’ experience with PL/SQL
- days per week in the Cardiff office
- are unable to offer Visa sponsorship for this role, we cannot consider Post Study Work Visas that require sponsorship after 2 years for this reason.
