• Certified in SuccessFactors PMGM module with strong commercial SuccessFactors experience gained in Consulting
• Deep configuration knowledge and exposure to the maintenance and enhancement Compensation
• Excellent communication skills suited to customer interactions with high profile corporate client base
• Ability to lead projects and teams as required
• Flexible approach towards customer support including extensive homebase work and occasional travel
