Location: London – Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office, 2 days working from home

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 base + bonus

We are looking for a seasoned leader in user research, to lead my clients small but passionate team of UX Writers.

We are looking for a scalable and effective method for generating, evaluating, and endorsing content across online account, emails, and website, ensuring alignment with our client's brand. The UX Writer will aid us in achieving this objective.

Key responsibilities include:

• Utilising content strategy expertise to influence senior stakeholders.
• Managing a small team.
• Developing and owning a set of digital content standards applicable to customer-facing interactions.
• Contributing to the establishment of a process for content creation, evaluation, and endorsement.
• Collaborating with, training, and supporting UX designers from each workstream to prioritize content in solution design.
• Creating and assessing written content.
