THE ROLE
As a Lead VFX Artist at Black Kite you are responsible for delivering creative excellence from pitch through to delivery.
You'll work closely with VFX and CG Supervisors to lead the compositing tasks across a wide variety of creative advertising projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make OUTSTANDING creative work.
- Work with the Production team to win projects and develop client relationships.
- Provide support and mentor our creative talent.
- Take ownership when pitching and bidding on projects to execute high-end creative treatments.
- Deliver client feedback clearly and constructively to your team.
- Deliver projects that look visually outstanding on time and on budget.
- Inspire a culture of creative innovation.
ABOUT YOU
- An excellent working knowledge of Nuke and/or Flame.
- Experience leading or mentoring other artists.
- Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A pro-active and collaborative work ethic.
- A strong eye for detail, composition, colour and lighting.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and problem solve.
- A working knowledge of the overall VFX pipeline.
