A multi-disciplinary design practice with a great reputation is looking for a Lead Wayfinding Designer to join their team.
This established, market-leading practice works on a variety of UK and global projects across different sectors. You will have the opportunity to work alongside world-class designers working on projects that make a positive impact.
They are a friendly, social bunch and offer a great work/life balance and hybrid working (2 days in the office).
As their Lead Wayfinding Designer, you will be involved in design, new business, leadership, and strategy.
Responsibilities include: -
- Work with the MD to implement the wayfinding strategy
- Manage a team of designers and support any recruitment needs
- Lead and deliver design projects from concept to implementation
- Produce, supervise, and deliver designs, drawings, schedules, guidelines, and specifications across all design stages
- Identify new opportunities and lead the bid process
- Project manage multiple projects including budgets, resources, and programming
- Review and provide quality assurance of project outputs
- Collaborate with Marketing to create marketing collateral
Key skills required: -
- Prior experience working in a similar Senior Wayfinding Designer role leading projects and teams
- Previous experience in preparing tender responses including proposal writing, costings and programmes
- Ability to work across and project manage multiple projects
- Passionate about Wayfinding
- Engaging and approachable manner
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills
