Responsibilities:????
Develop pricing structures and capabilities for our European products, with a special focus on the UK market.????
Monitor live product performance against financial KPIs and fair pricing metrics, and recommend pricing changes to meet targets.????
Enhance pricing reporting and MI capabilities to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.????
Provide support and advice to stakeholders, ensuring decisions are backed by robust technical analysis.???? Engage with stakeholders and collaborate on pricing strategies.
Essential:????
Experience in GI Personal/Commercial Lines pricing????
Proficiency in programming languages (R, SQL, Python) and tools (Power BI).????
Familiarity with industry-standard pricing tools like Emblem, Radar, or Earnix.
