Anderson Knight are working with a well known Glasgow business to appoint a L&D Partner on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role with some UK travel needed required. The purpose of this role is to work closely with other L&D partners to embed a learning culture across the business.
Duties & Responsibilities
- You will be required to liaise with stakeholders across the business to build on the learning approach and to continue developing all learning content
- You will be responsible for providing advice on all L&D requirements.
- You will be responsible for creating content that is relevant, accessible and engaging.
- Working alongside technical experts to assist of practical and engaging learning solutions.
- You will be required to review current L&D offerings and reviewing these to ensure they are meeting business needs, are relevant and adding value.
- Ensuring that current L&D practices are up to date and in line with current L&D trends and looking at ways you can improve the L&D approaches.
- You will be required to source apprenticeship frameworks to support colleagues with their development and to meet any skill gaps
- You will be responsible for developing and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders.
Experience & Skills
- You will have previous experience of working within a L&D role
- Previous experience working with a fast paced working environment is essential
- You will have the ability to manage to L&D projects from start to finish within agreed timescales.
- You will have excellent stakeholder management skills
