This is a great opportunity to join a leading Financial Services firm as a Learning and Development Specialist on a 9 month FTC with potential to become permanent, based in Chelmsford at least one day per week. The role is a varied HR position, with a focus on Learning and Development working within the company's Early Careers function.

Client Details

The client is a leading Financial Services firm with offices located around the country. They are currently looking for an experienced HR candidate to join their supportive team as a Learning and Development Specialist on a 9 month FTC with a strong likelihood to become permanent.

Description

  • Act as the main point of contact for all learning related queries
  • Track, analyse and report on all learning activity
  • Review and monitor attendance
  • Monitor and maintain LMS including event management, content refresh etc.
  • Provide administrative support around other learning and development activities
  • Support colleagues learning through an apprenticeship, including onboarding and query resolution
  • Maintain online resources library including designing and building e-learning modules and identifying how existing modules can be improved
  • Support the development and delivery of our early careers selection process eg. assist with Assessment Centres
  • Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, L&D Partners, Subject Matter Experts

Profile

  • Experience within a varied HR role, apprenticeship/ L&D background ideal
  • Strong communicator
  • Able to commute to Chelmsford once a week
  • Proficiency using systems, in particular MS Office
  • Experience within recruitment ideal but not essential
  • Able to work to tight deadline and prioritise effectively
  • Strong customer focus
