Learning & Development Specialist - Multi-site - ARD1009782

This is an opportunity to join Bravo Networks Learning and Development which provides learning to our Insurance Broker members, partners and staff through a blended approach. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who has a passion for improving people’s performance, has great attention to detail and a dedication to provide outstanding service to customers and stakeholders.

This role is home based but may require travel to the office in Harrogate and other locations at times throughout the year for in person meetings/training.

What you will do:

  • Be the centralised booking point of contact, managing the course schedule and administration of the Learning Management System.
  • Coordinate webinars and virtual classrooms ensuring delegates receive an excellent experience throughout.
  • Work with key stake holders (e.g. internal senior leaders, broker members and Insurer partners) to identify learning requirements and provide L&D solutions to the business.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and records and use analysis to identify trends and ensure proposition remains fit for purpose.
  • Assist with the co-ordination, planning and delivery of training events such as webinars and virtual classrooms, including associated administration.
  • Be a contact for apprentices ensuring they’re on track and providing feedback to both the provider and apprentice.
  • Coordinate the apprenticeship cohorts to ensure peer to peer learning is taking place.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with great communication skills, experience of stakeholder management and a proven track record in the design and delivery of virtual learning.

You will need to be a team player who is supportive of delivering shared objectives.

If you have experience of creating e-learning and of working in a regulated financial services marked that would be beneficial but not essential.
