We have partnered with an excellent independent company who play a vital role in enabling people with disabilities to access affordable and reliable transportation, helping to enhance their independence and quality of life. They are looking for a Team Coach to join their team in Bristol on a 12 month FTC.
What you'll be doing
• Prepare and deliver effective 1-1 coaching sessions to support team and individual performance goals.
• Work closely with the QA team to monitor performance and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the development of session content.
• Adhere to KPI's and targets while managing team and department responsibilities.
What you'll need to apply
• Previous experience within a coach / learning & development role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
