  Learning Support Assistant West Drayton Start date - ASAP £20,000 – £24,000 (£80 - £105 per day) Depending on experience Monday – Friday (8:30m -3:30pm) Full time role Teaching Personnel are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a school in West Drayton, the new modern school has a great team moral and lovely staff. The school are looking for a LSA to support pupils with SEN gain more of an academic expereince within the school.  The school focuses on inspiring their students by providing a nurturing environment in which they can develop and transform. They are looking for someone to be committed and enthusiastic in order to establish positive relationships with students and offer support to regulate their feelings, they need someone who is reliable, consistent and understanding.  You will be supporting Primary aged pupils with a wide range of SEN needs including ASD, ADHD, Global Delay. A typical day will involve supporting pupils with their emotional well-being, enabling pupils to access academic work and helping to grow their self esteem and confidence. You must have strong behaviour management for this role. Pupils at the school have a range of complex needs which include behaviours that can challenge, ADHD, autism and anxiety.  Applications are encouraged from candidates with relevant transferable skills and backgrounds in:  Experience in schools working with SEN needs pupils.
