About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants to join our team in Epsom, Surrey. The role involves supporting students with learning difficulties or behavioral challenges, helping them develop academic skills, and promoting their independence. This position is term-time only, covering 36 weeks, with a September start. For full-time all-year-round staff, we are offering a Welcome Bonus of £500* (*T&Cs apply, pro-rata to FTE).
Responsibilities:
- Support students in class and assist them with academic tasks.
- Help students develop independence and study skills.
- Provide in-class support and act as an advocate for students.
- Assist students with physical or medical disabilities, including personal care if required.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
Requirements:
- Good organizational and team working skills.
- Confidence in using IT for administrative tasks.
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at grade C or above.
- Understanding of and empathy with students who have learning difficulties, behavioral problems, or who are disaffected.
- Experience in working in different vocational contexts is a plus.

Work Patterns Available:
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Part-time: Flexible working patterns available.
