A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Learning Technology Manager/Digital IT Training Manager to join our London based law firm on a permanent basis.


Learning Technology Manager/Digital IT Training Manager


Responsibilities and Duties:


• Manage the Learning Technology team, delegating and managing their workload while

supporting their professional development.

• Responsible for setting objectives, completing performance reviews and ongoing performance

management.

• Determine, deliver, and communicate the Learning Technology instructor led and digital

strategy.

• Manage the creation of engaging, innovative, and exciting digital learning videos and

instructor led sessions that adhere to best practice methodology.

• Act as a senior advisor to colleagues around the firm including senior stakeholders within

L&D, the Knowledge and Innovation teams as well as Compliance and Risk

• Manage the delivery of compliance and security digital training.

• Ensure that digital learning and training focuses on the benefits that software systems

bring to the business.

• Identify and assess the technology training needs of the organisation through job

analysis, career paths, competencies, the technology product set and consultation with

managers.


Learning Technology Manager/Digital IT Training Manager


Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:


• Knowledge of typical law firm applications including PMS, document management systems,

Microsoft Office, document comparison tools, CRM and time recording an advantage.

• Experience of producing digital learning material in a legal environment (advantageous).

• Excellent administration and back-end knowledge of Learning Management Systems.

• Keeps abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.

• Proven experience in implementing and evaluating e-learning and/or trainer led programmes.
