Job Description


We are currently working with a well-renowned international law firm, who are recruiting for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Lawyer with ideally 6+ years of post-qualification experience for a 13-month FTC. This role is a part-time role working 3-4 days a week looking to start in March and based in London.

Key responsibilities include overseeing more junior members of the team and working directly with key accounts/clients. To be successful in this role you will need to have a solid experience working with the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, Leasehold Reform Act 1967, Tenant Fees Act 2019 and the Rent Act 1977.

Requirements:

  • England & Wales qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' PQE in Leasehold Enfranchisement.
  • Proven experience handling a variety of transactional purchases/extensions to leases.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations within the real estate sector.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
