Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor

My client is a Legal 500 London firm seeking an experienced solicitor to join it’s expanding Leasehold Reform and Enfranchisement team. This position is ideal for a solicitor with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handling voluntary lease extensions
• Managing voluntary freehold sales and purchases/1987 Act notices
• Processing statutory lease extensions
• Coordinating collective enfranchisements
• Overseeing other leasehold/property management tasks (e.g., deeds of variation, licences for alterations, licences to assign, etc.)

Candidate Requirements:

• A following and/or the ability to generate new business to support team growth
• Strong teamwork skills
• Exceptional initiative and problem-solving abilities
