Job Description

We are working with a prestigious London law firm who are looking to for a Legal Administrator to join their extremely busy and highly ranked Finance and Regulation team.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright graduate to join a market leading department that is best known for providing high quality advice to private and commercial clients.


The incoming candidate would be expected to provide administrative support to the paralegal team, partners, and fee earners with their matters as well as taking a proactive role in contributing to the running of the busy department.


Please note this role is a 12M FTC and will require candidates to be in the office 4-5 days per week.


Key elements of the role:


  • Diarise critical dates as instructed by partners and fee-earners;
  • Printing, copying and scanning;
  • New matter openings, including preparation of Synopsis and conflict searches;
  • Billing including taking a proactive approach to preparing WIP lists and drafting invoices for fee earners, saving pdf invoices to file and preparing emails to send out to client;
  • Finance admin (partner expense claims and accounts forms);
  • Assisting where appropriate with loading documents to data sites;
  • File administration including maintaining documents and e-filing.


To be considered for this role you must be an LLB graduate with previous experience within a professional services environment. You must also be a confident communicator with a positive work ethic.
