Our Cashiering team at DWF are currently hiring for a Legal Cashier to work from our office in Manchester.This role is based in our Manchester office, and we offer a hybrid working arrangement with 2 or 3 days working from the office and 2 or 3 days from home. About the role As a Legal Cashier, your responsibilities will include:Providing cashiering support and analysis for the firm across all cashiering duties including cash allocations and payments (BACS/faster payments/CHAPs/cheques)Preparing and authorising online electronic bank transfers, . CHAPS, BACS and Faster Payment.Assist with cheques to be produced for local and regional officesConsider all new requested information in line with agreed Service Standards/ISO Procedures and SAR requirementsMonitor and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactionsSupport with the management of the cashiering queries inbox ensuring timely and accurate responses are delivered to stakeholders About you There are some specific skills and experience we are looking for from candidates.Have demonstrable legal cashiering experience, however may also consider individuals with experience working within a busy finance roleExcellent organisational and time-management skillsThe ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic environmentDetail oriented approach with significant emphasis on achieving a high quality of workA confident user of Microsoft Excel to intermediary level What we offer We are committed to ensuring that each member of our team feels valued and duly rewarded during their time at DWF.We are an equal opportunities employer that celebrates diversity and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
