JOB TITLE: Legal Cashier
LOCATION: West Sussex
EXPERIENCE: 12 months’ experience
SALARY: Dependant upon experience
OVERVIEW:
- Processing incoming and outgoing payments, including client funds, disbursements, and expenses.
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
- Managing petty cash and bank reconciliations.
- Handling billing processes, including preparing invoices and statements.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial procedures.
- Liaising with solicitors, clients, and third-party providers regarding financial matters.
- At least 12 months of current experience working in an accounts department, preferably within a law firm environment.
