LEGAL CONTRACTS ADMINSTRATOR REMOTE PERMANENT ROLE £30,000 - £35,000 Role Overview: Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment are presently representing a globally operating IT services and procurement management business in their search for a Legal Contracts Administrator to join their legal team. The legal team is responsible for negotiating, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts between the company and their third party suppliers, as a reseller for its various customers. The aim is to ensure that risk to the company is minimal and to ensure compliance with applicable law at all times. The team provides pragmatic advice and guidance on legal and compliance issues that may affect the business in multiple jurisdictions in which they operate. You will have a varied workload and you will work closely with other team members to ensure an effective and efficient service is provided to internal clients. Key Accountabilites: Ensures contracts are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations Develops and drafts business proposals for strategic partnerships and similar deals Assures all necessary clauses and details are included in contracts Researches and remains up-to-date with legislative changes that could affect current and future contracts Coordinates with other company departments when necessary Maintains an organized system of physical and digital records About You: 3 years of experience in the field of contract administration A legal education would be ideal but not essential Good knowledge of contract law Strong negotiation and mediation skills Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts Attention to detail
