Legal Counsel £600 - £625 Inside via Umbrella 6-12 Months Hybrid - 1-2 days per week on-site in Central London I am recruiting for a Global Financial Services client of ours who are looking for an interim Legal Counsel to come in and provide legal support on Products and Funds in EMEA covering a wide range of areas. Skills / Experience: Qualified Lawyer Review, draft and negotiate related agreements including service provider agreements, intermediary agreements and rebate letters for the various fund ranges. Provide general legal advice to the business. Professional in-house legal experience with focus on funds and regulatory matters. Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
