A day in the life of a Legal Counsel
The Legal Counsel is a member of a United Kingdom market focused team. overseeing all legal work relating to the business activities of Stellantis Financial Services UK Limited. This includes providing strategic legal advice and guidance to appropriate stakeholders (including senior management), as well as advising on legal aspects of specific products or operational processes.

As a Manager of Stellantis FS and a critical member of the Legal Department, Legal Counsel shall demonstrate integrity and high standards of conduct at all times. To comply with the Statements of Principle and Codes of Practice issues by the FCA. To respect Stellantis FS governance structure, policies and procedures of the organisation and to be an advocate for change and continuous improvement.
The Legal Counsel will work closely with Head of Legal and other stakeholders. You will work largely autonomously but as part of the Legal team.

What will set you apart?
We are looking for a qualified legal professional, someone with excellent communication skills, who can guide and influence in a professional manner. You’ll be able to analyse complex topics and provide practical guidance and solutions. You'll be highly professional and credible with an ability to deal with senior management and group stakeholders as well as junior members of staff. Ideally, you’ll have some understanding of the motor finance industry or consumer credit and some negotiation skills. This is an office-based role, but you will also enjoy a balance of working from home.
