Main purpose of job:
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Legal and support the construction, asset management, and commercial teams by providing commercially focused legal advice throughout the project life cycle. They will have a critical role in helping the business procure, build, manage, and operate the global battery portfolio.
Qualified candidates should have 2 – 4 years PQE of contract drafting experience in a relevant area of law (energy, construction or infrastructure law). Experience with regulatory law (grid/permitting) is a plus. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a small but dynamic team environment. Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently.
