My client is looking for a competition lawyer to join their Group's legal team to support on a range of competition, regulatory and compliance matters across the Group.
Responsibilities
- You will be accountable for offering expert legal advice on a variety of matters, including advisory and contentious issues, market studies, M&A, regulatory consultations, and compliance activities.
- You will independently handle low-medium complexity cases and support litigation efforts.
- You will provide guidance on litigation and dispute risks, along with training and education for business colleagues.
What they are looking for:
- 3PQE+, ideally E&W qualified
- Experience working on competition and regulatory matters
- Experience in supporting on advisory and contentious competition/regulatory matters.
- Happy to consider candidates with experience from a regulator or already within an in-house legal team
