Legal Counsel Job In London

DMJ is delighted to partner with a global leader in financial services technology solutions in order to aid their search for a junior commercial lawyer to expand their team.

This role will join a small but talented team and will be the forefront of high - value, multi -jurisdictional transactions, collaborating closely with the sales function. Day to day work will primarily involve commercial contracts as well as large exposure to a diverse array of various legal matters including M&A, dispute resolution and employment.

The ideal candidate:

• 3+ years PQE
• Extensive commercial contracts experience, ideally with familiarity of working on global SaaS deals
• Experience working directly with sales teams and a background working in the Fintech or Tech sector
• Strong communicator with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stake holders

This is a permanent, full time position with a highly flexible working pattern.
