We have a great opportunity for a Legal Counsel with 2 – 5 years PQE
Our client is working in the hospitality sector and working within a small team, you will report directly into the General Counsel.
Salary: up to £85k base plus pension + bonus
Location: Oxfordshire
Hybrid: 2 days in office

Daily duties will include:
- The role is providing legal support to various departments including Procurement, IT, Marketing and Sales
- Dealing with Supply contracts & Tenders
- Dealing with data protection issues across the business
- Handling Trademark matters
- Managing the legal process across a broad variety of business initiatives
- Handling legal matters by working alongside special projects that might involve Marketing, IT and Procurement
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements including supply of goods and/or services contracts, framework agreements, software agreements and terms of business
