As Legal Counsel, essentially this role will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating software licence agreements and service agreements, however, this role offers a super opportunity to build out your skill set across corporate and other legal matters across a global platform. Working with the largest financial institutions in the world for a highly successful Fintech, reporting and working directly with the General Counsel, offers an exceptional career opportunity. You will need a minimum of 2 years experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts ideally within the information technology sector. You will need commercial acumen and agility together with the ability to manage and prioritise efficiently and effectively. you will have the opportunity to broaden and develop your legal skills in other areas.
