My client is a fast growing, PE backed business that leverages data and analytics to provide intelligence on the pharmaceutical and MedTech markets.
We are searching for a highly motivated legal professional to join their commercial legal team reporting into their Head of Commercial Legal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and finalise a wide range of commercial agreements with customers, vendors, partners, and others, aligning them with my client's goals.
- Become a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing timely and accurate legal guidance on matters encompassing data licensing, SaaS contracts, marketing partnerships, intellectual property, and more.
- Stay ahead of the curve by proactively researching legal issues, updating agreement templates, and actively supporting compliance initiatives.
- Leverage legal expertise to respond to internal inquiries related to software licensing, partnerships, regulatory issues, and other relevant legal matters.
- Foster a collaborative environment by actively participating in local and cross-regional projects, while championing a culture of continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial law, ideally with some in-house legal experience.
- Possesses a proven track record of successfully drafting and negotiating complex national and international agreements.
- Experience in data licensing, technology transactions, and SaaS agreements.
- Excels in research and analysis, with the ability to translate legalese into clear and concise communication for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, thriving in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing priorities and embracing a broad range of tasks.
- Strikes a balance between independent work and collaboration, fostering strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Maintains a customer-centric mindset.
