Job Description
Growing, fast-paced business in the renewables industry is looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel to join the team on a permanent or temp to perm basis starting ASAP.

This role is reporting to the General Counsel as an integral part of a small team.
Hybrid working, 1-2 days/week in the office west of London.
Experience in public procurement contracts would be highly advantageous.
This will be a broad role focused on:
- reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements for the business;
- resolving commercial disputes
- advising on best practice risk management and compliance.
- You will also be involved in providing general legal advice to key stakeholders and taking lead on projects and BAU work.
To be considered for this opportunity you will be 2+ years PQE with experience gained in-house or private practice in a similar capacity as a commercial lawyer.
You will bring demonstrated skills in drafting and negotiating public procurement contracts, working in a busy environment, working closely with internal stakeholders and managing a varied workload.
