Simmons and Hanbury have been instructed by a consumer technology payments brand on a new Legal Counsel position based in London.
It's a fantastic opportunity to join a high calibre legal team, with a great working culture, at an exciting time in this fast-growing fintech's journey.
The position
The position itself would involve advising across commercial partnerships, marketing campaigns (including IP, compliance, and privacy), competitions, rewards and programs. This would be a superb role for an Associate at a top law firm looking for their first move in house.
Experience requirements
- 2-4 years experience at a leading law firm or at a consumer-focused business.
- Strong academic background
- Commercial Contracts experience as well as knowledge of ASA/CAP code.
- Experience working within Financial Services would be a preferable
- Strong commercial awareness, conviction, and willingness to provide considered, practical and calibrated advice.
