A leading sports and entertainment agency is looking for a Legal Counsel with regulatory, disputes and sports law experience to work on football related matters.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the lead lawyer in the global football business
- Drafting and reviewing documentation relating to football transfers and intermediary/agent arrangements
- Researching and advising on football regulatory and compliance queries
- Supporting the management of internal compliance and governance procedures within the football business
- Monitoring legal developments and updating template documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and best practice in the football business
- Supporting on litigious matters in a range of forums related to football

To be considered you should have a strong academic background and 2-4yrs PQE* - with a background in litigation and disputes/regulatory/sports law. Some experience in football transactions (transfers and player contracts) is also desirable.
