Job Description
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the business on legal, regulatory, and wider organisational issues with respect to the international insurance & reinsurance business lines in the UK & Ireland
- Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing various legal agreements including outsourcing & services contracts & leases, NDAs, hold harmless agreements, software licenses, and more...
- Advising various operational areas that support the international business i.e., claims, underwriting, IT, finance
- Working with underwriting teams & product development to support various insurance & re-insurance-driven transactions & claims
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have approximately 3 - 5 years PQE and will be qualified in England & Wales with prior experience in the Insurance/Re-insurance sectors.
What's on Offer
The role will include a salary between £85,000 - £114,000 depending on candidate experience alongside a full benefits package and hybrid working (3 days per week in the office in London).
