We have been entrusted with the task of finding a Legal Counsel based in London for Europe's leading applied AI company. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model. It presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with over 80 Ph.D. experts and leaders in this field, allowing you to expand your knowledge in this transformative space.


As the Legal Counsel, you will directly report to the Senior Legal Counsel with significant exposure to the GC and assume the role of a trusted adviser across the organisation, providing exposure to a diverse group of technical and commercial stakeholders. Your contributions will be key in addressing a broad spectrum of legal issues, with a primary focus on commercial and public sector contracts, as well as intellectual property and licensing matters, all centred around AI.

We are actively seeking a legal professional with a strong background in IT and IP law, either from a leading law firm or someone seeking to transition into an in-house role from such a background.



About You:

  • You are a qualified lawyer in the UK with 2 - 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • You have received training and qualification from a leading international law firm, specialising in commercial technology and intellectual property, with exposure to privacy compliance.
  • You have a solid understanding of AI and data science concepts.
  • You’re able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a diverse client base.
