Are you a seasoned commercial lawyer seeking a challenging opportunity? We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel to join our client's legal team in supporting their businesses in the UK and Ireland. As Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in advising on various legal matters and transactions, contributing to the success of one of the market leaders in IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transactional Support: Assist in negotiating complex hardware, services, or subscription-based software transactions with UK&I based customers and channel partners.
• Risk Management: Provide legal guidance on sales activities, distribution, non-standard commercial agreements, disputes, and online sales, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
• Legal Review: Conduct thorough legal reviews of global templates, programs, new product or service offerings, and Go-To-Market initiatives in collaboration with the legal team.
• Training and Guidance: Contribute to the development and delivery of legal guidance and training to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency in legal services provision.

Required Education and Experience:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Qualified Solicitor.
• Strong legal knowledge in all relevant areas.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating sales, services, and/or software transactions.
• Experience advising on complex, high-value contracts and legal matters.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects independently.
