Legal Counsel – Brackley, Northamptonshire
We are delighted to be partnered with a leading company in the home services industry, currently seeking a Legal Counsel to join their expanding team. With several brands under their umbrella the business continues to grow its presence in the UK, they require a dynamic individual to provide legal support across various business functions and brands. This role is based in Brackley, Northamptonshire and required a full-time office (5 days) presence.
In this role, you’ll have the chance to support multiple brands within the company’s portfolio, contributing your legal expertise to ensure compliance with commercial objectives. Responsibilities include franchise support, HR matters, contract review and drafting, data protection, acquisitions, risk management, and litigation support.
You will ideally be NQ-4/5 PQE from a commercial, corporate, commercial litigation or real estate background.
