Legal Counsel - Online Gaming (2-8 PQE)
London - £85k-£95k+bonus (flexible for right candidate) + 20% bonus
A unique opportunity for an experienced privacy professional to join in a global position for a leading online games company. Ideally 3+ years PQE in commercial law.
- Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contract matters including software licenses and services agreements with games and systems providers, advertising, marketing and sponsorship contracts with agencies/media owners/marketing affiliates/advertising platforms, payment processing, IT supply and data analytics agreements
- Communicate effectively and consistently with key stakeholders
The successful candidate will likely have 3-8 years PQE, with proficiency in independently drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably with a focus on software, technology and media services.
What does the role require?
- Law degree
- 3 years PQE +
- Trained in house or private practice
- Experience working for a City Law firm is a benefit
- Commercial law in technology
