The role will focus on all legal aspects of the fundraising life-cycle (from concept, to marketing, documentation and closing) of a number of existing and new products (including strategic partnerships, structured products, clubs and funds, the underlying investment of which is direct and indirect, securities, or loans secured against assets).
The ideal candidate will strong real assets, real estate or private equity funds experience spanning fund structuring, fund set-up and investor onboarding from either an in-house or practice environment. The salary is up to £150k plus benefits and bonus.
