Legal Administrator required for a North West Housing Association - temporary - month by month basis Your new company We are recruiting a legal administrator for a large North West Housing Association. Your new role We are looking for someone to join an internal litigation team within a Housing Association dealing with defendant disrepair litigation. You will be responsible for case handling a large workload under strict legislative timescales, and in addition to the case handling role, you will assist & support the paralegals and others within the business, with queries via face to face, team meetings, workshops and/or training opportunities. You will work Monday–Friday from 9-5pm, and you will be able to work from home and will be required to go to the office for any team meetings or training. What you'll need to succeed It is essential you have experience of dealing with housing legislation, and ideally you will hold a law qualification or be working towards a law Degree, LPC, CILEX CPQ (or equivalent). Ideally, you will be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle as you may be required to attend court as an advocate.
