The Role:
- Assist with a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
- Conduct legal research and prepare documentation to support transactions.
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive and accurate records and files.
- Provide general administrative support to the commercial real estate team.
