Marketing Operations & Project Manager in an innovative and popular law firm. London based with hybrid working. Salary up to £70,000.
This international law firm is growing their Marketing Operations team, and looking for a Marketing Operations and Project Manager to work closely with the BD team on improving BD processes and best practice, and deliver the projects and the comms around this. This will be a very stakeholder facing role, with great visibility across the firm. Due to the project driven nature of this role, the team have a great work life balance, and rarely work out of hours.
Possible projects could be across the entire BD and marketing function. But a key project that they are keen to roll out is the improvement of the pitch process. This could involve looking at better technology and new best practice internally.
The role would suit someone with a background in legal BD, who is now looking to pursue something that is a bit different. You will ideally have shown proactivity in previous roles and have shown a keenness to improve processes. You will also be a strong communicator, as there is a big element of change comms and persuading senior stakeholders, to ensure these new projects are adopted internally.
