Legal Operations Analyst – International Law Firm – London
Taylor Root have partnered with a leading international law firm in their search for a Legal Operations Analyst to join the firm's London office. This role is being offered on a permanent basis.
The Firm
Our client is a leading international law firm known for their expertise in litigation, mid-tier corporate, and shipping. They are consistently ranked in Tier 1, 2, and 3 for all of their practice areas and work on high-value and exceptional work.
The Team
The innovation department focuses on improving or enhancing revenue-generating activities undertaken by the fee earners and is made up of four different teams specializing in Legal Operations and Technology, Document Automation, Process Improvement, and Projects. This position will be situated within the Legal Operations and Technology department.
The Role
This position will be directly supporting the use of innovation-related technology. It will include setting up matter-specific sites, delivering training to lawyers on the use of legal tech, and acting as a subject matter expert in the use of legal technology. You will frequently use the following software:
- HighQ
- Generative AI platforms
- Office & Dragons
- Contract review Artificial Intelligence platforms
- Workflow and expert logic systems
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will likely have pre-existing experience and expertise with legal technology and/or innovation. This includes those who are previously in a Legal Operations position, working in legal technology, as well as Paralegals and Trainees seeking an alternative career route with hands-on experience using legal technology.
