Expanding City law firm are looking for a legal PA to assist a partner and two associates, who handle very high-end employment work for City claimants. They are happy to consider candidates with a legal PA / legal secretarial background with any area of law. The role is very varied and will include dealing with clients, billing, assisting with compliance checks, assisting with marketing initiatives, coordinating extensive travel arrangements (and all this entails), complex diary management and generally providing ad hoc support within a very friendly team. Although this is predominantly a PA role, the successful candidate does need to have excellent IT skills and experience of formatting documents.
