My client is a specialist Legal boutique recruitment business looking for an experienced Legal Recruitment professional to strengthen their team.
You'll get the freedom to work with Magic and Silver Circle firms (terms already agreed) in any geographic location across any area of law. Salary £50/70k + a bonus structure that pays out monthly on everything you bill. You can easily earn 40% of everything you bill in this business.
There is a strong research team to market map, identify and reach out to candidates for you.
This firm has been established for many years and is a sector specialist. The directors (they bill and lead from the front) are legal specialists who have developed credible and knowledgeable people into £750k+ billers.
There is a clear opportunity for a proven 360 consultant to join an established firm where the only KPI is providing a high-quality, solutions-driven service to existing clients.
You may specialise in IP, Criminal, Corporate, and Family Law, be an Interims Legal specialist or have a network of General Counsel candidates and clients you want to monetise but don't have the platform to do so.
